Passover Cookbooks and Recipes

Passover runs April 10 to April 18, 2017 and March 30 to April 7, 2018 (all dates in USA).

Note that in the Jewish calendar, a holiday begins on the sunset of the previous day, so observing Jews celebrate Passover on the sunset of the night beforehand with the following day being the first full day of the holiday. (Thus, the first seder is held on the evening of the first date listed.) Jewish calendar dates conclude at nightfall.
