About the Author

Catherine Bell is he founder of the Epicurean, a specialty cookware shop and cooking school in Auckland, New Zealand. A Certified Culinary Professional, she regularly conducts classes, both in New Zealand and the U.S., and contributes articles on food and travel to several newspapers and magazines.
