Makes 2-1/2 cups
Can be used for a whole grilled turkey or approximately 10-15 pounds of pieces.
Mix all ingredients, other than scallions, in blender or food processor. Process for 2 minutes. Add scallions and pour over turkey. Refrigerate several hours or overnight before grilling.
