Watermelon Walnut Bagel Spread

 

Bagel

Light and slightly sweet.

Makes about 1-1/2 cups or enough for 4 toasted bagels.

Add watermelon to your list of favorite fruit-flavored bagel spreads!

6 ounces whipped cream cheese
2.3 ounces walnut pieces, chopped
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup minced seedless watermelon

Mix together the cream cheese, walnuts and cinnamon. Just before using, mix in the watermelon. Spread liberally on toasted bagels.
