Silken Vanilla Cream

Makes 8 (2 tablespoon) servings
Prep Time: 5 minutes

Turn an ordinary shortcake, cobbler or fresh fruit cup into an extraordinary treat. Simply swirl with this luscious topping and make any day feel like a special occasion.


1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract


1. Whisk together all ingredients in a medium bowl until well blended.

2. Serve over fresh fruit, fruit cobblers, strawberry shortcake, or your favorite desserts.
