Steve Holzinger's Steak Marinade
Serving Size: 1
Preparation Time :0:02
- 1 tbl oil olive
- 1 tbl soy mushroom
- 1 tbl brandy
- 1 tsp vinegar, balsamic
- 1 tsp peppercorns black crushed
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 1 tbl herbs dry—like tarragon
- NO salt
Mix all well and rub into steak. Let sit at least an hour.
