Carrot and Horseradish Salad

Blend 1/3 cup vegetable oil and 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice. Add 1 pound of carrots that have been peeled and grated. Then add 2 tablespoons of prepared horseradish that has been drained well, and 2 teaspoons sugar. Mix all together and then add salt and pepper to taste.
