Makes 10 large muffins
l. Increase sugar in standard muffin recipe to 1/4 cup. Wash and drain blueberries if fresh berries are used. (If large cut in half.)
2. Sprinkle berries on top of batter when batter is mixed so as not to stir the berries to pieces and make the muffins turn all blue. Sprinkle tops with a little sugar.
3. Bake as directed.
