Blanched Snap Peas
Next to eating them raw, this is the easiest and best way to enjoy them.
- Lots of water
- Snap peas, about 10 per person, strings removed
- Bring the water to a hard boil.
- Drop the peas in and stir.
- Let them boil for a minute or two—just until they lose their raw taste.
- Drain and serve.
