Based on the successful 5 A Day Adventures CD-ROM (used in more than 29,000 schools nationwide) this site is heaping with kid-friendly activities that can promote healthy eating habits.

Starting with the Fun Stuff, kids can download the 5 A Day Coloring Book, solve crossword puzzles online, and meet the 5 A Day fruit and vegetable cast of characters.

Using the Fun with Fruit and Vegetables Kids Cookbook, youngsters can treat the rest of the family to dishes like Spunky Vegetable Pizza and Trees in a Broccoli Forest. PizzaThe cookbook, which includes everything from breakfast recipes to beverage ideas, offers straightforward instructions with preparation times, serving suggestions, and nutritional information.
