What is Dim Sum? According to the welcome statement at Susan and Larry Karper's webpage, "it's a snack, it's an appetizer, it's a spiritual experience". If you're still not sure what Dim Sum is, there's several definitions available describing this meal (often served Saturdays at lunch time) consisting of many tasty, finger food items.

More a style of eating than a particular food, you'll find the ins and outs of Dim Sum when you browse through Thoughts on Dim Sum (directly translated, Dim Sum means "touch your heart"). Although Dim Sum may appear to be a daunting culinary experience, you can prepare yourself in advance by browsing through a typical menu which includes various delicacies brought to your table in carts.
