Red Beets with Horseradish
My Grandmother would serve this with boiled potatoes and hard cooked eggs.
3 cups cooked or canned beets, drained and chopped
6 oz. prepared horseradish
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. Salt
Combine all of the ingrendients. Cover and regrigerate for 3 days.
