Tomato Salad

4 fresh, ripe tomatoes, peeled, seeded, sliced
2 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
Juice of 1 lemon, strained
1/4 cup olive oil
Salt, Pepper
Kalamata Olives
Purple onion, sliced

Place sliced tomatoes on a serving dish. Sprinkle on the feta cheese, lemon juice, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with olives and onion slices.
