Bananas Flambe

3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1 tablespoon orange liqueur, like Curacao
3 bananas, peeled, sliced in half
Shredded coconut

Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in the sugar and allspice and stir well. Add the liqueur. sauté the bananas until lightly golden on both sides. Serve sprinkled with shredded coconut.
