About the Author
Biba Caggiano is the chef-owner of BIBA Restaurant in Sacramento, CA and author of Trattoria Cooking, Biba's Northern Italian Cooking, Biba's Taste of Italy, Italy Al Dente, and was host of PBS's "From Biba's Italian Kitchen." She has appeared in Gourmet, Travel and Leisure, Conde Nast Traveler and Wine Spectator as well as on the "CBS Early Show," the Food Network and "Martha Stewart Living" and hosts a weekly segment on Sacramento's KCRA (NBC) noon news.
