Horseradish & Cream Cheese Dip

  • 2 packages (3 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • pepper to taste (I sometimes like hot pepper in my dip)
  • 6 slices of crisp cooked bacon, chopped or crumbled

Mix cream cheese, horseradish, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Add the bacon (drain it on paper towels after frying); mix well. Refrigerate about 1 hour before serving. Serve with crackers or vegetables.
