About the Authors
Bruce Weinstein received his culinary training at Johnson and Wales. His work has appeared in the New York Times and Bon Appétit. Mark Scarbrough taught English at The University of Wisconsin and Saint Edward's University and now writes the "Report" from New York for Passport Newsletter. Together, they have written for Eating Well, Gourmet, Fine Cooking, the Wine Spectator, and other national publications; they are featured columnists for Weight Watchers Magazine. They are also the co-authors of Cooking for Two as well as four titles in William Morrow's Ultimate cookbook series: The Ultimate Muffin Book, The Ultimate Potato Book, The Ultimate Brownie Book, and The Ultimate Shrimp Book. Bruce Weinstein is also the author of The Ultimate Candy Book, The Ultimate Ice Cream Book, and The Ultimate Party Drink Book. They live and work in New York City.
